Physical merchandise (Tapstitch shirts)

All physical merchandise is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged/defective/incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email arrogantambassador01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or another resolution as appropriate.

Digital downloads

All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or made available, except where required by law.

If you did not receive your download link or you experience a verified technical issue accessing the files, contact arrogantambassador01@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
