Shipping Policy

Overview

Thank you for supporting my music and merch. This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Greg Hughes are produced and shipped.

My shirts are made and shipped by a third‑party print/fulfillment partner (Tapstitch) once you place your order.

Production (Processing) Time

Because each item is produced after you order:

  • Orders typically take 7-14 business days to be made before they ship.

  • Production time is separate from shipping time.

 

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Estimated shipping times after the order ships:

  • U.S.: [7-10 business days]

  • International: [10 -16 business days] (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs.

 

Tracking

When available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Locations

I currently ship to: worldwide.
If your location isn’t available at checkout, I’m not able to ship there right now.

 

International Orders (Customs & Import Fees)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in item or shipping prices.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may need to cover the cost to reship it.

  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. If you still need help, email me and I’ll assist with next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact me within [7 days] of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item and packaging.

 

Lost Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or the package appears lost, email arrogantambassador01@gmail.com with your order number and I’ll help you open an investigation and figure out next steps.

 

Changes & Cancellations

Because items are made to order you can change or cancel items before they enter production. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified
